摘要：目的：探讨肠外瘘的诊断及治疗措施。方法：对我院收治术后肠外瘘42例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：手术治疗3例，其余39例采用非手术治疗。死亡2例，其余40例痊愈出院，治愈率为95%。结论：保持引流通畅，合理胃肠内、外营养、加强抗感染治疗，是非手术治疗肠外瘘的关键，大部分肠外瘘病人可以通过非手术治疗治愈。
