前言目的探讨上颌窦后鼻孔息肉（Antrochoanalpolyp,ACP）的临床表现及治疗方法。方法对23例上颌窦后鼻孔息肉患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果所有病例均采用鼻内镜手术治疗,手术效果良好,无并发症,随访0.5~3年均无复发。结论鼻内镜手术是治疗上颌窦后鼻孔息肉的好方法。
