前言目的:探讨慢性肺炎衣原体感染与冠心病的关系。方法:用免疫荧光法检测并对比经冠状动脉造影证实为冠心病或除外冠状动脉粥样硬化者血清肺炎衣原体IgG/IgM抗体滴度。结果:经冠状动脉造影证实为冠心病者慢性肺炎衣原体感染率明显高于经冠状动脉造影除外冠状动脉粥样硬化者（71。88%比25。00%,P<0。01）。结论:慢性肺炎衣原体感染与冠心病之间有较强的相关性。
