自闭症综合疗育中心

自闭症中心对自闭症和相关疾病患儿进行收治,通过康复评价、制定相应的康复方案并开展一对一训练和小组形式训练,训练侧重于患儿的社会交往、语言交流和认知功能,矫治异常行为,提高日常生活技能。
自闭症中心将致力于开展与国内及国际专业自闭症诊疗机构进行广泛的合作与技术交流,建立自闭症治疗技术培训和示范基地,宣传普及自闭症康复知识,制定并推广自闭症的康复理念和康复流程。
自闭症中心宗旨:帮助自闭症以及相关疾病的患儿得到科学全面的治疗,发挥其潜能,争取回归家庭及社会;帮助家长了解自闭症的正确治疗方法,使其能够更好的进行自闭症患儿家庭康复;倡导社会、学校、家庭接纳并帮助自闭症患儿,使其更好的成长,呼吁社会给与更多的关注和扶持。
二、主要治疗内容介绍:
(一)特殊教育

特殊教育小组活动认知训练

特殊教育本着个别化的原则,旨在为每个儿童提供最适合其身心发展需要的教育。首先,在评估的基础上为儿童制定个别化教育计划,教学中通过各种方式进行动态评估,随时调整和改进教学目标和策略。并根据儿童的年龄和心理特点,选择合适的教学内容。同时计算机认知障碍功能训练则利用丰富的多媒体和注意力训练软件,提高儿童的认知功能。此外,通过小组活动促进儿童的交往。(二)语言与沟通障碍的治疗

一般来说,自闭症儿童的语言能力很低,接受语言的能力也很差,不能主动接受信息。有些自闭症儿童的视听正常,但没有语言,甚至连发音都不会,这就需要用专门的时间对他们进行一对一的个别语言训练。对于自闭症儿童的语言训练首重在加强其语言的理解能力。在此基础上,帮助其纠正使用口语上的一些不良习惯与语法错误,让他们能准确的使用词汇,能主动的与身边的人交流自己的思想和情感,增强孩子交流与沟通能力。(三)心理治疗

儿童心理治疗家长心理指导

通过各项心理评估,应用认知行为心理学方法进行针对儿童采用上课的形式,对患儿的配合力、模仿力、不良行为进行训练和矫正,对认知、语言、精细动作、交往能力等方面进行行为训练,使患儿的情绪、依从性和模仿力增强,减少不适当的行为、增加与正常群体儿童交往行为,使之能适应家庭群体活动的能力。同时,针对父母进行心理辅导以改善父母的情绪障碍,另外也对父母的教养进行指导,以使父母协助进行各项训练。
(四)听觉统合治疗:

听力统合训练是1960年代法国耳鼻喉科医生GuyBerard发展出来的,主要是应用过滤器(filters)消除过度敏感的声音频率。该疗法是通过聆听经过过滤和调配的音乐来达到矫正听觉系统对声音处理失调的现象,并刺激脑部活动,从而达到改善行为紊乱和情绪失调的目的。听力统合训练可带来以下行为改善:对声音注意力增加、社会行为改善、对交流的兴趣增加、眼视接触改善、发音更清晰、听觉理解力增强以及整体学业进步。而且,还可降低对声音的过度敏感、减少冲动、激惹行为、注意力分散以及易怒。可应用于自闭症和多动症的行为异常治疗。(五)感觉统合治疗

感觉统合训练是针对纠正感觉统合失调而精心设计的运动项目,在运动中大脑得到更多感觉输入,如滑板、平衡木、平衡台可以改善前庭平衡功能,滑板俯卧滑行爬地推球对触觉统合不良有较大改善,而抛接球类、拼插主要促进视觉运动功能的发展,由此提供感觉刺激,以改善孩子对该感觉的加工组织能力,使孩子们很好统合、分析、判断、处理这些感觉,做出适应性反应,大脑功能由此完善,感觉统合失调现象得以纠正。
感觉统合训练对自闭症孩子的影响主要表现在以下三个方面:1.促进自闭症孩子触觉系统的正常化,帮助稳定情绪。2.加强自闭症孩子的自我调节能力,促进他们对身体的认识。3.促进自闭症孩子语言和交往能力的发展。

CharityCarnivalautismtreatmentandresearchcenterisaffiliatedtotheChinarehabilitationresearchcenter(CRRC),whichissubsidizedbytheChinawelfarefundforthehandicapped.Itisthefirstgovernment-sponsoredinstitutionofnationallevel,aimingatprovidingcomprehensiveandeffectivetreatmentserviceforthechildrenwithautismspectrumdisorders.Autismtreatmentandresearchcenterhasabuilt-upareaof2000squaremeters,whichisdividedtowardareaandtreatmentarea.Thereareinternationaladvanceddetectionandtrainingdevicesinthetreatmentarea,andwecanprovidesuchservicesasauditoryintegrationtraining,sensoryintegrationtraining,speechandcommunicationtraining,psychologytreatment,specialeducation,conductiveeducation,musictherapy,playtherapy,andcaregiverteaching.Furthermore,relyingonsubstantiverehabilitationresourcesoftheCRRC,PT,OT,hydrotherapy,andacupunctureetccanalsobeprovided.Thereare42bedsinthewardarea,withcompletecommonhouseholdappliancesandsanitarywares,andwholedayinterventionmanagementisbeingdonehereinfamilywardmodel.Childrenwithautismandrelateddisordersareacceptedandtreated.Throughrehabilitationevaluation,treatmentplansareconstitutedandadministeredinonetooneandgrouptrainingmodel.Thefocusoftrainingisonenhancementofsocialinteraction,communication,cognition,dailylivingskillsandmodificationofin-adaptivebehavior.Autismtreatmentandresearchcenterwillmakegreatefforttodevelopbroadcooperationandtechnicalexchangewithhomeandabroadprofessionalautismdiagnosisandtreatmentorganizations,buildtraininganddemonstrationbaseofautismtreatmenttechniques,propagandizeandpopularizeautismrelatedknowledge,establishandspreadautismrehabilitationprinciplesandprocess.Purposesofautismtreatmentandresearchcenterare:1)helpchildrenwithautismandrelateddisorderstoreceivescientificandcomprehensivetreatment,todeveloptheirpotentialstogobacktotheirfamilyandgointothesociety;2)tohelptheirfamilymembersfamiliarwithcorrectmanagementskillsandusethemmoreefficientlyintheirhome,3)advocatetheirfamily,schoolandsocietytoreceiveandhelpthemtogrowupbetter,appealtothesocietytogivethemmoreattentionandsupport.

SpecialEducationBasedontheprincipleofindividualizededucation,specialeducationaimstogiveourchildrentheeducationmostsuitablefortheirdeveloping.First,aftertheevaluation,we’llmakeindividualeducationalprogramforthem.Inthecourseofteaching,dynamicassessmentwillbeappliedbydiversewaysandwemaymodifythetargetsandstrategies.Then,we’llchooseappropriateteachingsubjectsaccordingtotheiragesandpsychologicalcharacteristics.Besides,incomputercognitiveimpairmentfunctiontraining,multimediaandattentiontrainingsoftwarewillbeusedtoimprovetheircognitivefunction.Wealsopromotetheircommunicationabilitybygroupactivities.

TherapyforLanguageandCommunicationimpairmentGenerallyspeaking,thechildrenwithautismhaveimpairmentinlanguagecommunication.Theirlanguageunderstandingabilityissoweakthattheycan’tacceptmessagefromotherpeople.Therearesomechildrenwhohavenormalvisualandauditorysensation,buttheyhavenospeechevensimplepronunciation.Therefore,itisnecessarytogivethemindividualizedlanguageandspeechtherapyonetooneinspecialtime.Theemphasisoflanguagetrainingisonenhancinglanguagecomprehension.Basedonthis,speechtherapistswillhelpthemtocorrectsomebadoralhabitsandgrammarerror,trainthemtousewordsandphrasescorrectly,furthermore,encouragethemtocommunicatetheirideasandfeelingswithothers.Inthisway,theirsocialinteractionandcommunicationskillswillbestrengthened.

PsychologicaltherapyToincreasetheircommunicationabilitywithotherpeople,andhelpthemtoadapttotheirfamilyandgroupactivities,psychologistswilltrainchildren’scompliance,imitation,cognition,finemovement,languageandcommunicationability,andcorrecttheirillbehavior,applyingthemethodofcognitive-behavioralpsychologyandtheformofteaching,Meanwhile,theyprovidepsychologicalcounselingfortheirparentsaimingtoimprovetheirmooddysfunctionandenhancetheircaringskillssothattheycanpersistinassistingourtrainingtasks.Auditoryintegrationtherapy:Auditoryintegrationtherapy(AIT)wasdevelopedin1960,byGuyBerard,aFrenchdoctorofE.N.T.Itsprincipleistomaskoversensitivesoundfrequencybythefiltersmainly.Thetreatmentcanstimulatethebrainactivity,improvethebehaviordisorderandemotionaldysfunctionthroughlisteningtothemusicthatisfilteredandmixed.Auditoryintegrationtherapycanimprovelotsofsymptoms,suchasattention,socialinteractioninterestandbehavior,eyecontact,pronunciation,auditorycomprehensionandgloballearningachievementetc.Furthermore,itcanreducetheoversensitivitytosound,impulsion,irritation,inattention.AITcanbeusedin?thetreatmentofabnormalbehaviorofthechildrenwithautismandminimalbraindysfunction.sensoryintegrationtherapy:Sensoryintegrationtherapy(SIT)isatreatmentaimingto?improvethedisorderofsensoryintegrationthroughwell-designedmovementactivities.Thebrainwillgetmoresensationinputintheseactivities.Thechildrencananalysize,judgeandreacttothesesensationstimulation,sochildren’sprocessandorganizationabilitycanbepromoted,theirbrainfunctionisimprovedandthedisorderiscorrected.Forexample,thevestibularsensemaybeimprovedbymovementintheslipboard,balancebeamandbalanceplatform;thevisualsensemaybeenhancedbypushingandcatchingtheball.Theeffectsofsensoryintegrationtherapytoautismincludethreeaspects:1.promotingnormalizationofthetactilesystemandstabilizationoftheiremotion;2.impovingtheabilityofselfcontrol,promotingtheirbodycognition;3.developingtheir?languageandcommunicationskills.
