前言目的提出消化道重复畸形新的分型方法,以利于早期的临床诊断及确定治疗。方法回顾性分析了肠重复畸形268例:肠梗阻型37例,腹块型58例,腹膜炎型49例,出血型52例,异位开口型16例,其他56例。结果全部经手术治疗,死亡5例高到60％以上。结论该临床分型有利于提高诊断率,（占1。8％）,多因中毒性休克,按此分型,使诊断率提对治疗和预后判断亦有帮助。
