前言目的:探讨胃大部分切除术后胃潴留的营养支持模式。方法:对40例胃大部分切除术后发生胃潴留患者给予低热量（非蛋白质热量为25kcal・kg-1・d-1）营养支持方案;术后1个月左右,经胃镜置入鼻空肠管,进行肠内营养。结果:40例患者给予此方案后营养指标皆在正常范围,无1例发生肝功能损害。结论:胃大部分切除术后胃潴留的营养支持目的是帮助患者渡过胃潴留期,基本满足患者的营养需要。营养支持模式应为低非蛋白质热量（25kcal・kg-1・d-1）,术后1个月左右仍有胃潴留者,经胃镜置入鼻空肠管,进行肠内营养。
