对前庭大腺囊肿两种治疗方法的对比研究

【摘要】目的寻找理想的方法治疗前庭大腺囊肿、脓肿，采用微波刀行前庭大腺囊肿造口术、脓肿切开引流术，同时设立对照组进行前瞻性的比较研究。方法将79例病例随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组有40例，用微波刀行前庭大腺囊肿造口术及脓肿切开引流术，术后用探针检测、引流；对照组行39例，采用常规的前庭大腺囊肿及脓肿引切开引流术，脓肿术后局部纱条引流。结果观察组平均手术时间、术中出血量与对照组有高度显著性差异。将传统造口术、切开引流术的手术方式与微波治疗相结合，具有很大的优势。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTosearchforamoreeffectivewaytotreatBartholin,sglandcystsandabscess,thebistourywithmicrowavewasutilizedintreatingcystsandabscess,comparedwithconventionalincisionanddrainageofbartholon,sglandabscessandmarsupializationofbartholin,sglandcyst.methods40patientswereoperatedwithmicrowaveandtheprobewasusedtotestanddrainagelocalfocusesafteroperating.Atthesametime,39patientsweretreatedwithconventionalincisionanddrainageofbartholonsglandabscessormarsupializationofbartholinsgland.Andpledgetwasusedtodrainagepurulenceinlocalfocusafteroperating.ConclusionSurgerywithmicrowavereducedtheaveragehealingtime、hemorrhageandhealingoccurredwithoutscarformation.ItisseveraladvantagestocombinemicrowaveandconventionalmethodsintreatingcystsandabsecssofBartholin,sductgland.
