【摘要】目的调查了解健康体检男性人群中良性前列腺增生（BPH）的患病情况。方法调查对象为体检中心9年来（1999-2007年）所有参检的男性体检者，进行前列腺的直肠指检和腹部B超检测，并对增生程度进行分度。结果总患病率为30．0%；<40岁患病率为1．3%；40~49岁患病率为10．7%；50~59岁患病率为39．0%；60~69岁患病率为67．7%；70~79岁患病率为72．2%；≥80岁为患病率66．7%；BPH的增生程度：60岁以前，BPH以Ⅰ度为主，60岁以后部分发展为Ⅱ度；Ⅲ度仅见于80岁以上的老人；历年的患病率有增高趋势，以2003年患病率最高。结论BPH在老年男性这一群体中是一个非常普遍和不容忽视的现象。应该进行健康管理。　　【关键词】良性前列腺增生；健康；体检　　　　【Abstract】ObjectiveToinvestigateconditionwithdiseaseofbenignprostatichyperplasia（BPH）inmenofhealthexaminationcrowd.MethodsTheinvestigationobjectisallmeninhealthexaminationfrom1999to2007inmedicalexaminationcenter，thosewhoweredonedigitalrectalexaminationofcorpusglandulareprostataeandabdominalhypersound，andtoscaledivisionfordegreeofhyperplasy.ResultsThetotalattackrateis30．0%,andtheattackrateofgroupswhowasbelowfortyyearsoldis1．3%，andtheattackrateofgroupsbetween40~49yearsoldis10．7%，andtheattackrateofgroupsbetweenfiftyandfifty-nineyearsoldis39．0%，andtheattackrateofgroupsbetween60~69yearsoldis67．7%,andtheattackrateofgroupsbetweenseventyandseventy-nineyearsoldis72．2%,andtheattackrateofgroupswhowasaboveeightyyearsoldis66．7%.hyperplasydegreeofbenignprostatichyperplasiaisthatthefirstdegreeofBPHisprimarysixtyyearsoldbefore,andaftersixtyyearsoldisdeveloptheseconddegreeofBPH,andthethirddegreeofBPHisonlytoseethemenwhowasaboveeightyyearsold.Theattackrateofovertheyearshashightendency,andtheattackrateoftheyear2007ishighest.ConclusionBenignprostatichyperplasiaisaverygenerallyandnotallowdisregardfulphenomenoningerontismmen,andweshoulddothehealthyadministration.　　【Keywords】Benignprostatichyperplasia；Health；Medicalexamination　　　　本中心系云南省干部体检中心，其体检对象主要为省属各大机关在职和离退休老干部、公务员，各大企事业单位的干部及员工。良性前列腺增生（BPH）是老年男性常见多发病，现将本院干部体检中心1999年1月至2007年12月九年来检出的前列腺增生患者26683例进行分析如下。　　1资料和方法　　1．1一般资料均为本中心九年来参加体检的所有男性共88954例，年龄20~93岁。所有参检人员均完成基本体检套餐项目：（包括内、外和五官各科的病史询问及体格检查，以及胸片、心电图、腹部B超等物理检查，血、尿常规及血液生化全套检测）。　　1．2方法和诊断标准①质量控制：所有体检者除常规体检外，男性
