前言目的 探讨“恶性青光眼”的非手术诱发因素、发病机制及其治疗的选择。方法 分析1例缩瞳剂引发的、伴晶状体全脱位的“恶性青光眼”患者的误诊原因和诊疗经过。结果 对已经丧失视功能的上述患者行颞下方睫状体平坦部前玻璃体抽吸切除联合巩膜瓣下滤过性手术,术后18月眼压正常。结论 充分了解“恶性青光眼”的诱发因素及其发病机制,对于非手术因素诱发的“恶性青光眼”的早期诊断、因地制宜地选择手术适应证和治疗方法至关重要。
