穴位注射治疗外阴白色病变临床研究―中国医药导报―文章摘要―龙源期刊网 </title

　　[摘要]目的:探讨穴位注射治疗外阴白色病变的临床疗效。方法:收治外阴白色病变患者168例,采用穴位注射治疗,选用气海、曲泉（双侧）、血海（双侧）、气穴、足三里（双侧）,每次选3个穴位,5穴轮换,注入胎盘组织液与维生素b12混合药液,治疗期间及治疗后,观察病变部位的症状和体征及病理组织结构变化,进行疗效评价。结果:穴位注射治疗后,患者的瘙痒症状基本缓解或消失,外阴的形态和色泽基本恢复正常,总有效率达100%,总显效率为84.5%。结论:穴位注射治疗外阴白色病变,是一种有效的治疗方法。

　　[abstract]objective:toinvestigatethecurativeeffectofpoint-injectionmedicineinthetreatmentofthepatientswithwhitelesionsofvulva（wlv）.methods:168patientswithwlvweretreatedwithpoint-injectionmedicine.fiveacupotints,qihai,ququan（bilateral）,xuehai（bilateral）,qixueandzusanli（bilateral）wereselectedandusedinturn.eachtimethreeacupointswerechosenandinjectedwiththemixtureofplacentatissuefluidandvitb12.duringthetreatmentandafterthetreatment,thelocalchanges,signsandpathologicalchangesofthepatientswereobservedandthecurativeeffectwasevaluated.results:afterpoint-injectiontreatment,thesymptomofvulvapruritusofthepatientswasbasicallyremittedordisappeared;themorphologyandcolourandlusterofvulvaofthepatientsbasicallyreachednormallevels.totaleffectiveratewas100%;totaleffectiveratewas84.5%.conclusion:point-injectionisaneffectivemethodinthetreatmentofthepatientswithwhitelesionsofvulva.

　　外阴白色病变是一组以外阴瘙痒和色素减退为主要特征的慢性难治性疾病,确切病因尚不清楚,局部神经血管营养失调可能是其中一个发病的因素[1-2]。
