前言Whipple病是一种慢性、复发性的多系统受累的感染性疾病。神经系统受累在Whipple病中并不少见,国外文献报道部分Whipple病患者早期或晚期可表现出中枢神经系统（CNS）受累的症状和体征,但Whippelii菌单独侵犯CNS很少见。Whipple病往往表现为复发-缓解的病程,尤其CNS受累时。Whipple病对抗菌药物非常敏感,因此,只要早期诊断和予以抗菌药物正规治疗,往往呈现良性的病程,不会造成后遗症。本文就其发病机制、临床表现、诊断及治疗情况做一综述。
