前言目的:探明外耳道瘙痒症与外耳道其它疾病的关系,以利于鉴别诊断。方法:对外耳道瘙痒症和外耳道其它疾病的临床表现、病原,以及它们的职业、性别和年龄关系诸方面作了对比分析,在此基础上提出了相互之间鉴别要点。结果:该病与外耳道其它疾病在临床特征、致病因素、好发部位以及职业、年龄、性别等均存在一定差别。结论:外耳道瘙痒症与外耳道其它疾病可根据临床表现、实验室检查等进行鉴别
