前言目的:探讨颈椎椎弓裂及其滑脱的临床特点及手术治疗。方法:回顾分析8例颈椎椎弓裂病例,其中4例伴有滑脱。除1例无症状者行保守治疗外,7例行颈前路减压植骨融合术。结果:临床症状全部改善,滑脱椎节得以复位,植骨在3个月内获得牢固骨融合。结论:颈椎椎弓裂患者如出现临床症状应考虑手术治疗,经前路减压及植骨融合术是较为理想的手术方式
