超声引导经皮肝穿刺抽液加无水酒精注射治疗非寄生虫性肝囊肿―中国当代医药―文章

　　[摘要]目的：评价超声引导经皮肝穿刺抽液加无水酒精注射治疗非寄生虫性肝囊肿的疗效。方法：回顾行分析29例行此法治疗的临床资料、治疗方法和效果。结果：29例共37个囊肿，穿刺48次，总有效率91.9％（34/37）,无效率8.1％（3/37），不良反应发生率12.2％（6/48）。结论：超声引导经皮肝穿刺抽液加无水酒精注射是非寄生虫性肝囊肿安全、有效、简单的治疗的方法。
