前言目的:观察糖皮质激素在小儿烧伤早期防治休克的意义。方法:治疗60例小儿烧伤患儿,常规抗休克,38例于伤后6～12h应用氢化考的松,观察患儿的神志、生命体征及并发症。结果:应用激素患儿病情稳定,神志好转,未发生休克和并发症;未用激素患儿休克度过不平稳,并发症较多。结论:激素在小儿烧伤早期应用有利于烧伤休克防治,能减少并发症,应早期、适量、短疗程应用。
